Another contribution by Rainy here. This time it’s an anime direct download site that serves episodes from series fansubbed by Doremi and Eclipse.
Yes, I know we’ve already seen a Doremi-dedicated DDL site a few days back, but this one seems to serve more current stuff (e.g. Simoun, Strawberry Panic, Today in Class 5-2).
- Speed: Quite Fast (tested on Today in Class 5-2 OVA1 only)
- Content: Episodes from ongoing and recently completed series fansubbed by Doremi (e.g. Mai-Otome, Simoun, Mai-Hime Specials) and Eclipse (e.g. Fate-Stay Night and Shakugan no Shana)
- Update Frequency: Frequent (based on the fact that they have Strawberry Panic 3)
- Note: Hassle-free site, i.e. no forum posting or registration required.

Hello. ZMAng. I have a suggestion to make: Anime Field may be a blog which provides more exposure to direct DL sites, however, to further satiate anime leechers’ hunger, wouldn’t it be even better to include some xdcc pack lists to facilitate the downloading process? As we all know, IRC is almost universally used to obtain the latest anime. It would be nice provides packlists in addition to those wonderful direct DL sites. (Of course, the main focus could still be on direct DL site) What say you?

Update: Jedi Master most likely is dead I think. I checked it a few days ago, and it was active. What a shame.

Hehe, I initially wanted to wait until I ran out of direct download sites. I guess I didn’t want to get super lazy (uh…) and start skipping normal anime posts completely.
From my referrer logs, there are indeed ppl looking for xdcc lists. The few that I posted once got a remarkable amount of attention really.
So, it’s definitely on the schedule, and as usual, thx for the great lists. In fact, I didn’t know about Jedi-Master’s nor Animorc’s bot before this.
