You don't even meet the requirement for applying?! Why don't you give it a try and see if the webmasters of those aggregators accept your request? Since your blog is unique and offers a lot of quality links, perhaps they can make an exception for you? You do realize that blogs listed in aggregation services get extra, maybe a lot more clicks than those which are not listed right?
