- Introduction: An anime about tennis with a Dragonball-like nature might normally seem pretty stupid, but you’d be surprised at how addictive this series can be. Echizen Ryoma (i.e. The Prince of Tennis) is a youngster who’s returned from the United States to attend junior high school. With a slight build, he’s easily written off, but his sheer talent combined with world-class training from his champion dad ensures that his battles always result in victory to himself. You’ll still want to watch, of course.
