Despair - Another XDCC Bot
Yes, Despair is the nickname of the XDCC bot we’ll be looking at today. So, don’t worry. I won’t be spilling my guts here.
Anyway, the IRC channel that Despair is placed within isn’t particularly popular (no insult to #w-dreamers intended), so I think you can expect quite a number of empty slots, and good download speeds.

Just a suggestion. Maybe there should also be a list of XDCC bots featured, and not only just for DDL sites.
