bAka-upload - Another Anime XDCC Bot
This bot is part of a list of XDCC bots contributed by Rainy about a week back.
Please note that this bot enforces a minimum download speed of 5 KB/s, which is low enough for most people - except for those with ridiculously unsteady connections (like mine…).
