Sorry, but One Piece is one of the few series most free sites do not host for long. So, you’ll really have to dig through all the free sites and find those that are since I can’t remember any that still do.

Aiks. Indeed, it’s stopped working.

My first choice for an alternative source of One Piece would actually be IRC, through #kaizoku-fansubs.

But since you want direct download links, I’d normally direct you to getitfido.com - even though it’s littered with adverts and pop-ups, and low quality episodes. At the moment, I think even getitfido isn’t working right.

Hmm. Actually, I don’t think there are any reliable direct download sites left that serve One Piece. Perhaps you could try Tirkx.com. It’s very slow for non-Thai residents though.
