I visited AnimeBlues.com to check out some downloads today and saw a downtime notice. Specifically, I saw:

I just stumbled upon two anime HTTP direct download sites. Perhaps you might be interested to give them more exposure in your next post?

Even though the site is written in Japanese, the files have English subtitles, anyone who knows a little kanji should be able to download from the site. Very fast. Features newest anime shows.

I’ve featured mprc.us before, but some stuff in that post is updated, so I probably should do another feature.
I’ve encountered chiisana.net, it’s pretty fast too. But it was down for quite a while before this (around a couple of weeks?), so I thought it went down permanently. Thanks for the tip, I see it’s back!
Hehe, and you won’t need any knowledge of kanji to download. Just check the links. All of the links have English filenames.
