Anikei.com - Anime Direct Download Site
Here’s the first anime direct download site I’m posting about after my months of obscurity. So, forgive me if I sound a little out of place here and there.
Now, Anikei is a sort of mega-site made up of 3 smaller sites, or rather 4, now that teamskn.net (which was featured earlier) has also merged in.
And just like teamskn.net, they host the latest episodes from the latest anime series, and are definitely up-to-date. In fact, I’ve found them to be faster than National-Anime in many a number of cases, and they serve just as many episodes.
1) Anikei.com
- Media Server Speed: Quite Fast
- Media Server Content: Around 400 of the most recent episodes from ongoing series (e.g. Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru, Kanon 2006, Pumpkin Scissors, etc.), plus some anime OSTs (e.g. NARUTO ED15 Single, Bartender OP ED Single, etc.)
- Update Frequency: Very Frequent
- Video Format: All HQ formats, i.e. avi (HQ), .mkv (HQ), .mp4 (HQ)
- Note: Free registration required to download, but forum posting is not required.

It sure has been a long time since I’ve received an email from this site. For A while I thought it was dead… and I felt lost. I didn’t know where to download my animes. I felt scared. Thank-you for updating and rekindling my intrest in anime again

One of the owners nyao-chan decided to open up another site at www.friedramen.com and is planning to only upload the newest Naruto, Bleach, Death Note, and a few other select series.

Yes. Anikei.com has been down. Its not a problem in the US only. Lets hope it comes back up soon. If anyone has any contact information or any futher information about why the site is down please post.

DDOS=Distributed Denial of Service, or, on layman’s words, the site was hacked. I hope it’ll be back ASAP, it’s the fastest DDL site for me…

Nope, they haven’t been DDOS’d…. They have been down for a few weeks now, which means that they probably shut down the site for good :(…

Yo, Kool_player! lol, I’ve been on the IRC and the answer is always : I dunno, they pretty much don’t give a definite response, I’ll check again.
I think it’s cause the admins are in school again and are busy with stuff.

well I kept in touch with xane and kaito until some time around mid-august, then got too caught up with study and lost touch with them already.Hmm.. may I ask, why is Kaito and xane ‘losers’?
well this is kinda the ideal place to keep in touch. Campus computers don’t have an IRC client nor Opera installed….and I think they ban IRC too.

I finally went on the irc channel.
Basically, the site is gone, but we already knew that. No one said why.
I asked if it would ever return, and the answer was probably not, but apparently dos said maybe.
Anyway, I was thinking about remaking the forum myself, still calling it anikei of course. At least until nee and dos get it back up, if they ever do.
That way all the anikei regulars could stay together.
What do you guys think?

I’m all for the idea! *but you need to find a way of contacting the anikei “regular” members….via IRC maybe?* If you decide to go through with the idea I’ll do what I can to help =) *that is if I can be of any*
@palladium it goes without saying (I mean obcessive loli fanboys =_=)anyways there is always proxies to bypass the school programs *or you could…get your own computer and connection O_o*

It’s brand new so not much exists yet, and there are no users.

I wouldn’t double post, but I think this is pretty cool:
I had a dream about anikei comingback, and it was really realistic, except that instead of being online we were all there in person and yet it felt digitalized, and registering by actually filling out forms, and it was really cool.
Arg, I wish I knew exactly when anikei was coming back. I really hope it is next month, like dos said.
